Caelum is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Validere, bringing a wealth of internal and technical experience to the role. He has served in nearly every part of the company from analytics and product management to strategy and services. With a foundational background in data science, Caelum specializes in applying his engineering and data expertise to directly tackle business challenges. Prior to Validere, he worked in data science for both capital markets and defense research.
